I am working as an IT Support Specialist in Greenvorx. I am being managed the operations of NOC in data centers i.e. Incident management, event management, risk management etc according to the standards, procedures and protocols of ITIL
practising of security policies according to the controls of ISO 27001.
I have hands on working experience with the Huawei cloud (Fusion Compute), Firewall USG 6670. Vmware Cloud.
Hosting of websites (Windows and linux platforms) on both VDS and shared servers.
Hands on experience of working on Cpanel & Plesk.
Management of IT assets and inventory
I also assist in business department to make business proposals for potential customers.
