My educational background Bachelor in Computer Sciences makes me more versatile in my profession. I have been consistently learning new things in automation, business intelligence, analysis, performance management and reporting to keep myself up to date and enhance my personal capabilities and knowledge of the subjects. I am currently working as Performance Management Officer at Telenor Pakistan. Before this, I’ve worked as an Officer in Planning and Reporting Team as well. I was the first one to build database warehouse in Performance Management team and most of the automated performance management reports in the team are my creation.
In analytics, I’ve worked on developing insights, visualizations and analysis for VP and different regional and circle team at Telenor Pakistan. Individuals from different regional and sales teams reach out to me to get relevant data and to get analysis and insights pertaining to different KPIs and performance indicators. I’ve developed different dashboards to provide Business and Distribution KPIs visibility. I’m involved in developing different automated ad-hoc reports on the request of regional teams as well. I’ve good understanding of different programming languages like SQL, VBS, VBA etc. Moreover, I’m involved in training and on-boarding of new hires as well because of my knowledge and expertise related to different tasks related to the department. I've good experience of working individually as well as in a team and I'm an adaptable person

Reporting and Analysis Officer
• Developed data ware house for Central Circle from scratch which has data dumps since Jan’2016 onwards. On the basis of this data regular visibility and insights are provided to on ground teams on daily basis.• Developed a comprehensive dashboard which was used for weekly business review of all the belts in Central Circle and enabled management to take timely and informed decisions. Recognition:Received Go Getter award on Development of Belt Business Review dashboard by Circle VP.• Developed a complete model and Dashboard for distribution related KPI’s which has helped grow distribution network in Central Circle by 2K retailers in year 2018.
Intern - Sales and Distribution Planning
Worked on a project related to KPI setting for RSO’s to identify opportunities for optimization of retail channel and its growth. Developed dashboard for RSO serving and Float.
Intern - Web Application & Database
As an intern at PTCL HQ I was involved in developing an HR management webpage which enabled the team to have a dynamic visibility of HR indicators for e.g. attendance, off-time balance, short leaves etc.
