Strategic Communications Planning & Execution
Creating, managing, and executing integrated external and internal communications initiatives and activities – in order to generate positive coverage and visibility that strengthens the corporate brand and reputation among key stakeholders via advertisement, content development, and social media management.

Strategic Planning & Reporting
Development of Comprehensive Marketing & Donor Engagement plans - including short & long-term strategies, Gantt charts & Budgets.
Prepare monthly, quarterly & semi-annually progress reports, and present the same to the senior management.
Prepare & timely dispatch of monthly, quarterly, & Semi-annually reports to donors, including performance and billing for respective sponsored clinics. Follow-up with sponsors and donors for payments.
Execution of Communications activities:
Execution of marketing campaigns in coordination with agencies.
Dispatch of e-Newsletters, Press Releases, SMS, invites, and greeting cards.
Complete supervision & execution of all events. Document Pre/Post event reports & Learnings, presentations, videos, moderator’s script etc.
Make dispatch plans and maintain records (both hard & soft copies) of information & collaterals produced/dispatched. Maintain & update stakeholder contact / dispatch lists/records.
Designing & Brand building:
Create branding material for clinics including posters, banners, signatures, and wall plaques.
Development & Assurance of branding guidelines at Head office and at all clinics.
Create promotional & IEC materials including pamphlets, corporate brochures, leaflets, newsletters, Annual reports, greeting cards, and calendars.
Design & update feeds/stories across all social media platforms.

Record Keeping & Donor Liaison:
Receive donations and issuance of receipts/thank-you letters to all donors.
Record maintenance for each sponsor, including respective MoU(s), all donation-related communication made, donations received, and/or any other related documents.
Make, update and report the progress on monthly & quarterly donations received to the Board of Directors & Senior management.
Coordinate with finance department for bank reconciliations.
Make and pitch presentations for my clientele.
Share quotations, and sampling & keep continuous follow-up, resulting in Client Services and Sales.
Supervise & execute entire the event management division including Venue booking, Branding, and Decor, & other arrangements. Hiring of all Vendors & Ushers, defining roles, and releasing payments.
Coordinate for sampling, production, quality assurance, installation, administration & logistics purposes for successful execution of all projects & products.
Coordinate with the finance department for timely invoicing and recovery after successful project delivery.
Present Sales reports & performance to senior management, along with forecasts for upcoming quarters.

Prepare and dispatch a wide range of documentation including letters, minutes, memos, reports & the like. Update organizational Bulletin/Notice boards.
Keep a track record of collaterals, products & office supplies at both Workplace & Warehouse.
Gathering information, proofreading, & finalizing content for the printing of Newsletters, Brochures, Calendars, Leaflets & IEC material. Follow-up with vendors on design & quality issues.
Assist Graphic designer in the creation of IEC materials, presentations & diagrams.
Execution of marketing activities:
Create e-mailing & post mailing mechanism for dispatching of Calendars, e-broachers & newsletters to Donors, Government departments, consultants, NGOs, & Partner organizations.
Coordinate with Media Agencies, Newspapers and Cable TV channels for running marketing campaigns nationwide.
Execute promotional campaigns including wall chalking, cinema campaigns, and SMS marketing nationwide.
Event Management & Administration:
Make Logistical & administrative arrangements for meetings / conferences / workshops / trainings nationwide.
Make & get budgets approved. Raise & arrange monetary advances/payments for various project activities.
Work closely with the Admin department for making timely Logistical arrangements.
Raise Purchase requisitions. Coordinate with the Procurement department & vendors for design, quality & delivery related issues.
