Offshore Executive Research Specialist (Temporary Role)
As Executive Research Specialist at Global Management Solutions (GMS), Few of my duties consist of Posting Job Adverts, CV Sourcing, Screening, shortlisting, Interviewing candidates on Skype and face to face, Arranging Interviews with clients, offer negotiation, Reference Checking and follow-up on joining of candidates. Other duties also include Leads Generation, Client Relationship and client management.
My role is to provide recruitment support to most of the business groups active in Middle East & Africa region. I successfully recruited all level of professionals in different companies in middle east starting from sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing, arranging client interviews, offer negotiation and offer acceptance. My duties include:
Supporting and working alongside with Client/Account Manager in recruitment process.
Knowing clients need by helping them to find the best candidates in their business while maintaining excellent relationship with them.
Understand the business portfolio of client like structure of the organization before interviewing candidates to be able to responds to number of recruitment enquiries from candidates.
Before doing a research for a client, reviewing details from client, job description of vacancy, market comparison and competition of client in the market.
Sourcing candidates from the databases, referrals, networking, LinkedIn and Headhunting.
Screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them; getting as much information as possible to make the perfect match.
Matching the job descriptions to the most appropriate candidates and ensure that all submittals are of the highest caliber and closest fit to the client's needs.
Conducting telephonic, Skype & face to face interviews.
Compiling all details and summaries of candidate’s data after the internal detailed interview, finalizing candidates profile through formatting prior sending to Client/Account Manager.
Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client and also preparing candidates for interview by providing detailed information of the company.
Informing candidates about the results of their interviews.
Negotiating the salary between the clients and the candidates.
Coordinating with the candidates for the offer acceptance and resignation formalities.
Conducting reference checks and submit.
As a Recruitment Resourcer my duties consist of supporting the entire recruitment consultancy team with the following tasks:
Searching candidates via Internet/Job boards/Online Communities/Networking Websites.
Sourcing CVs from online Job boards like Monster, Jobsite, Reed, CV Library, Total Jobs, Job Search, CW jobs, Career Builder, Staff Nurse etc.
Identifying and screening suitable candidates for the clients.
Shortlisted the CVs and send to clients.
Ensuring quality of resumes up to the mark before sending to clients.
Balancing between client’s requirements (JD) and candidate’s skills.
Making Passive searches via LinkedIn, Google, Twitter and Facebook etc.
Maintain Excel Sheets for daily activity performance and for managing different roles.
Responsible for regular interaction with clients, Understanding the client’s needs and ensuring to get more business from existing clients.
Collect E-mails of British Recruitment Agencies and advertise Grace Outsourcing services to them.
I have worked on Information Technology, Engineering, R2R, Education, Sales, Financial, Banking, Health Care, Medical and Multi-Sector Recruitment in UK.
Overall it my responsibility to find the right applicant for each position and that means screening lots of potential candidates before recruiting them. I opt to liaise with a whole range of people, obtaining as much information as possible to make the perfect match for my clients.
As a Researcher my duties are consisted of these tasks:
Sourcing candidates from different Job Boards, referrals and social media.
Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.
Strong command over Boolean search and job boards logic.
Strong understanding of JD's and essential criteria.
Matching CVs with clients requirement.
Sending shortlisted CV to clients in UK.
Continuously interaction with clients in UK.
Good experience of using Microsoft outlook, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
