Principal responsibilities:
•Planning and scheduling project timelines, scope and control tools to monitor projects plans, work hours, budgets and expenditures. •Estimation of the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and ensuring that details and needs are clearly documented. •Assist line manager in the drafting and issuance of project proposals, tenders, budgets, negotiation and preliminary schedules. •Effectively and accurately communicate relevant project information to the client and project team. •Project handling from conceptualization to initialization and execution. •Prepare Log & analyze and prepare substantial completion certificates and ensure all required project close out documents are obtained. •Maintain the optimum inventory level to cater with the maintenance of HVAC, AHU’s, electrical item’s and generator.•Involved in preparation of budget with respect to CAPEX and RAVEX for Head office & network requirements. •Manage Generator Maintenance and fuel requirements/record for all over the Pakistan. •Receiving maintenance repair orders of generators, AC, UPS, investigating the problem and assigning the job as well as ensuring that the job has been completed. •Processing the requisitions/CAPEX using ERP and the appropriate documents. •Implementing preventative maintenance plan to keep the HVAC, backup generators of Head office & metro safari in smooth running condition. •Discussing and providing comprehensive report to Manager outlining the cause of the fault & nature of work done. •Follow-up and coordinate with vendors to ensure the timely delivery. •Manage vendor development and induct new vendors •Communicate with vendors via physical or email on daily basis. •Providing administrative & technical support to branches all over the Pakistan. •Routine based email correspondence. •Responsible for managing lower-level administrative support •Manage data base of network requirements. •Follow up with vendors regarding quotations/negotiations/invoices. Major project’s initiatives, it’s management, roles and responsibilities: •DIGITAL ARCHIVING: Appointed as officer in-charge for this project. Maintain historically significant collections of documents and records, it’s archiving that has value. Using accepted industry standards preserve records to ensure materials are available in the long term.
•TECHNICAL HELPDESK INITIATIVE: Serve as the first contact with departments & network branches that need technical assistance regarding maintenance/troubleshooting of generator, UPS, Air cons, security machines via the phone or email. Align problems to technical teams/vendors and keep record of problems and their resolution.
•ASSETS TAGGING: Use asset management software and barcode scanners, to gather and organize information of assets such as Air cons, generators, microwaves used in head office & all over the network in Pakistan and their status i.e. acquired, used and disposed of.
•PROCUREMENT ACTIVITY: A procurement activity was arranged in which vendors all over across the network were invited to participate in bidding of tender
I have joined Car-First as internship in inspection department where I have to do inspection with inspector, make reports and forward it to Center Manager and help in selling and purchasing
I have to monitor all four generators (two Waukesha, CAT & Dresser Rand) and take readings of main generators ( Waukesha ). Also I have to visit HVAC and ensure the proper working of the whole system
