Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and other senior staff members.Manage and maintain files, records, and databases related to petroleum operations.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the Manager and other staff members.Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents related to petroleum operations.Provide support in managing contracts, agreements, and MOUs with suppliers, vendors, and partnersDevelop and maintain dashboards, reports, and other data visualization toolPerform other tasks and duties as assigned by the Manager.
