·      Supervise high clean visibility environment (conference hall, regular classrooms, student activities classroom, etc.) Supervise staff and manage operational functions and competing priorities.
·      Coordinate personnel needs regarding contract writing, attendance and reporting, employee files electronically & manually, annual reports, annual budgets preparation reports, prepare salary sheet and make payments and other school reports as needed.Attends staff meetings & events.Manage all school scheduling and field trips.
·      Assist and supervise the daily accounts and administrative task; responsible for providing secretarial services to CEO & Principal. Performs other related duties as assigned.
·      Prepare defaulter students’ outstanding fee report; coordinate with principal to issue circular and send SMS messages to the parents. / Supervise facilities management and maintenance of the school building

·      Operate school management software in order to prepare students’ fee challan, enter new admission forms, Maintain and update school databases. Deal with visitors, handle new admission, parents, teachers & staff queries. / Prepare income & expenditure sheet daily, weekly and monthly. Cross check monthly expenses report, reconcile cheque books, accounts and liaise with the auditor for submission of income tax returns.
