Conduct regular support supervision visits to health facilities for implementation and arrangement of pharmacies as per protocols
• Ensure quality control of medicine and medical equipment in the WH and health facilities
• Supervising, with the HR department, the associated processes of staff shifts, recruitment, training, performance evaluation, development and internal/external communication of the pharmaceutical team in order to ensure the required knowledge and to improve their dispensing capabilities
• Work with team to prepare procurement plans for pharmaceuticals, medical supplies and consumables and medical equipment based on current inventory, consumption and need assessments.

• Review medical supply stocks and update reports regularly and make sure WH databases are up-to-date at all times
• Ensure proper receiving of all medical supplies and equipment in the main warehouse and prepare all related documents accordingly.
• Ensure preparation and maintenance of the records for the received items (Bin cards, stock cards and ledger).
• Arrange and manage medical supplies in the main warehouse in accordance with internationally accepted standard practices including tracking expiration dates, First-In-First-Out (FIFO) and First-Expired-First-Out (FEFO) policy, bin cards, stock cards, tracking registers, re-order thresholds, cleanliness, etc.
• Inform supervisor of pending stock outs, damaged medication or any other irregularity in health commodities stock
• Ensure rational consumption of medicines and supplies at supported health facilities.
• Ensure availability of all the essential medicines and medical supplies at all health facilities all the time
• Help health facilities estimating their monthly medicine and medical supplies consumption
• Conduct regular support supervision visits to health facilities for implementation and arrangement of pharmacies as per protocols
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports and sharing with base and country office
