Site Engineer
Installation of Structure (Stair Towers & Platforms) and Equipment (Clinker Cooler, Rotary Kiln, Raw Mill Ducts and CF SILO.
Ensuring that all materials used and work perform as per specification.
Liaising with supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project.
Communicating with clients and their respective management including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.
Day to day management of the site, including supervisors and monitoring the site labor.
Check Planning of the work and efficient organization of the site and job facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Material inspection as per approved material submittal.
Daily progress report monitoring and Work follow up as per approved progress.
Preparing relevant documents and carry out planned inspections of relevant jobs
Internee
During 8 weeks Internship I was placed at Ammonia-II and Urea -II Plant. My duty was to go through to drawings and working processes at site, as well as their presentations.
Internee
During this tenure I had practical expertise on Creo Parametric and Ansys Fluent software. My project was on Analysis of buckling Model and Random Vibrations of Cylinders. Results were compared with NASA manuals. It was a take home project internship.
Interniee
I gained knowledge theoretically as week as practically.
