GITTO was a Road & Building Construction Company. It was functioning on 25 projects with 27 branch stores, 2 warehouses and 20 workshops. GITTO provided me an excellent opportunity to build software with hundreds of users and tens of user roles where client machines were scattered over miles apart while connecting to a centralized data center. Over the course of my tenure here, I achieved the following goals:

Designed, developed, deployed and enhanced Inventory Management System and automated all aspects of company’s store and stock operations.
Designed, developed, deployed and enhanced Asset Management System.
Successfully gathered all the requirements from potential system stakeholders and made sure the built software is automating all the key processes.
Deployed and maintained Asset Movement & Tracking System.
Made sure Asset Movement & Tracking System correctly generates Orders.
Handled verification of Invoice Control Data with their respective waybills.
Handled verification of Material Purchase Request & placing orders electronically.
Managed Material Distribution Lists of major materials for all the projects as per their requisitions.

Developed Audit Management System for FBR Pakistan and helped the team to deploy and make it functional for all regional tax offices of FBR across the country. Audit Management System manages whole process of audit of tax payer. Audit is done by the Auditors of FBR and this software helped the auditors to maintain the information about the tax payer and their audit Processes.
Maintained the role and Authorization of different user levels in the Audit Management System.
Participated in change and enhancement implementations of DARS (a Document Archiving & Retrieval System , developed for FBR Pakistan).

Coca-Cola Material Management (Lahore Pakistan)

The company was using Material Management System which managed raw materials of Coca-Cola Company. Using this system, user generates request for new materials, forum member comments on user request and admin take decision on the basis of comments. All transactions are managed through E-mails and detailed reports are generated. Software also precisely handled import and export of data from SQL Server to Excel and from Excel to SQL Server.
Implemented utilities to import and export to and from SQL to Excel data sets.
Developed an online forum to allow company staff to provide feedback regarding material requisitions.
Enabled automated emails in company’s material requisition and staff feedback workflow. During my tenure here, I also had a change to work on Innovative Leaders Course (ILC) Training Module. ILC was a chain of Courses and Training related services providers operational in Dubai. Together with team, I helped ILC carry out the following activities with the help of an automated system:
Offer different Public Courses and Client Courses online.
Provide online registration facility for Public Courses.
Process payments in multi-currency.
Define and publishing Course Schedules.
Hire Associates and Instructor/Presenter for Courses, Trainings and services.
Provide Training Material for Courses, Trainings and services.
Make arrangements of Hotels, Tickets, Visa and Trainings.
