 Project Reports·         Daily and Monthly Reports to Consultant and Client ·         Annual Reports to Head Office·         Prepare Annual QHSE and QA QC Reports·         Prepare QHSE plan with HSE Manager and Planning Manager Project Planning (Primavera P6)·         Provide baseline schedule on Primavera P6 and send to consultant·         Prepare Master Schedule of Project with Sr. Manager Construction  ·         Make Construction Schedules with Manager Construction on Primavera P6 and follow on site accordingly·         Responsible for start of every (especially critical) activity w.r.t Master Schedule otherwise note float and its reason (Track Construction Activities)·         Make Extension of Time (EOT) claims with Sr. Manager Planning·         Calculate Actual Physical and Financial progress and compare with Baseline·         Prepare S Curve with allocation of resources ·         Manpower, and Machinery Resource Leveling·         Responsible to procure Material with respect to Master Schedule and add Procurement  inputs in Work Schedule ·         Provide Plan to Administration for Material (cement, aggregrates and admixtures) Procurement as per mix design of concrete, compare monthly and annualy theoritical and actual material consumption  ·         Responsible to execute project with in Contract Scope and Project Specifications·         Development of Work Break Down Structure to measure Progress, Scheduling and Cost Estimating for Project control. Contract Management·         Make Contract Documents, Work Orders and Bills of Quantities for new civil works·         Extract and verify BOQ elements·         Make Interim Payment Certificates as per actual work done ·         Verify IPCs of Sub-Contractors according to  actual work on site·         Make Claims of any delay in construction activity by Sub-contractorss, of any additional work against BOQ  to consultant·         Perform rate analysis prior to start of new activity and get approval by Sr. Manager P

Constructed two Office Buildings, Soildiers Barrack, Inspector Club and MES of Head Quarter according to Structural and Architectural Drawings
• Look after all site matters layout of foundation to finishes of Building
I. Put cordinates of a building w.r.t control point by using total station
II. Instruct labor to prepare Lean Activity by compacting Earth surface (using vibratory compactor), Put standard proctor, field density test, submit report to Client and get approval for lean concrete
III. Check foundation layout according to structural and architectural drawings
IV. Instruct Steel Supervisors for fixing steel according to structural drawings and provide Final Inspection Report to Client before start of every Concrete Activity
V. Arrange all necessary requirement before start Concrete Activity
VI. Provide working Concrete Density, Air Content and Cube Crushing Report to Client

Structural Design, Shop Drawings, Quantity Take Off and Planning

Internee at HOASHANG PEARL TOWER under the supervision of PARAGON CONSTRUCTION. AAA Associates were consultant and Bahria town was a client. The tower was designed for 35 floors, in 2015 12 floors were constructed. Now it is almost near to completion.
labour supervising and reinforcement checking was my responsibility. That was my first experience to analyse and observe practicals, quit different from theoretical background. I done my all work by my interest and with my hard-work.
