Core Areas:
-Preparation & Finalization of Work Breakdown structure (WBS) in line with Contractual requirements.
-Managing & implementation of Project plan, Preparation & Finalization of Project Control Package/ Planning Package, Progress Monitoring and Scheduling in Oracle Primavera P6, Synchro Pro, MS Project and Microsoft suite.
-Preparation of resource loaded project schedules for engineering, procurement, production and Construction.
-Preparation & finalization of Level-7 registers and control sheets (Engineering Document Register, Procurement Register and Construction control sheets) for Progress monitoring & tracking.
-Preparation of Baseline Programs, Look Ahead plans, Recovery & Revised Schedules.
-Prepare and advise on delays in design, procurement and construction and prepare Mitigation Plans.
-Preparation of weekly, monthly Reports and attend weekly/monthly Client meetings to present the project status.
-Preparation and updating of S-curves & Manpower Histograms for Procurement, Engineering, Construction and Overall Progress of the Project.
-Monitor progress throughout the implementation process and compare actual against planned work.
Compare actual earned progress to forecast earned progress and provide analysis to support the Engineer’s.
-Measure the physical work in terms of man-hours & quantitative progress.
-Perform critical path analysis in schedules to identify areas of concern.
-Ensure that the work progress is in accordance with the planned progress agreed by all parties and Client (on level-7 progress monitoring).
-Preparation of Key Performance Indicators of the project to report to Management and Client.
