• Ensured monitoring of water Chemical treatment for cooling tower, Boiler and all closed circuits as per standard limits

• Existing double drum coal fired chain grate Boiler (XINENG CHINA). Capacity: 06 TPH, Design pressure: 400 PSI.
• Existing R.O Plant Capacity with filtration equipment’s (Multimedia, Softeners, UV etc.): 15 TPH. (SO-SAFE)
• Erection & Commissioning of R.O Plant 03 TPH Capacity. (SO-SAFE).
• Existing Cooling Tower of LIANG 300RT Capacity.
• Existing Oil injected screw Compressors (1x GA 75, 2x GA 132) (Atlas Copco)
• Existing Screw Type Water Cold Chiller Capacity: 150 RT. (NULE).
• Existing Air Handling Unit of JCZK Capacity: 60000 m3/hr.
• Erection & Commissioning of Effluent treatment Plant, Capacity: 20 TPH
JOB RESPONSIBILITY.
• Effective implementation of management policies to provide uninterrupted supply of Steam, Raw, Soft and
R.O Water, Compressed air to mill in accordance with statement of work.
• Leading utilities and supervise a group of operators and Technician to perform the assigned task of trouble shooting, Overhauling, Repair and maintenance of whole Utility and its, Coal Boiler, Wood Boiler, ETP, Cooling Towers, Pumps and its Auxiliaries etc.
• Protect and preserve the company asserts comply with company policies and procedures.
• Provide daily reports on all production reports, process and equipment performance analysis.
• Preparation of shift roster, RCAs of failures, monitoring of departmental KPIs and inventory management
• Perform daily checks on Utilities equipment’s to locate possible abnormalities with its performance prior to precede other schedule work and to keep plant in high efficiency mode.
• To perform Preventive Maintenance Procedures/Plans of Machinery, Inspection Plan of Stationary Equipment & Piping and Machinery Troubleshooting and Overhauling.
• Execution of Continuous Improvement Projects to minimize Consumption of different utilities
• Coordination with contractors on all erecting and commissioning concerns

Working on energy and water sustainability project with Pepsi snacks plant Multan,
Executions of project , mechanical structure works, Electro mechanical installations and commissioning of the project as Project Engineer

Co-ordinating all project in utilities, management of project and handling contractor with their progress and quality of work being executed.
Managing operations of RO plant, Nitrogen plant, compressor and chillers.
