Evaluate the needs of an organization and organize training programs that develop required skills.

Ensure Personnel file administration (File Management System according to yearly Audit protocols).
To manage the monthly attendance system of all the workforce including late arrivals,

Preparing & analyzing monthly reports (New Hiring, Transfers & Resigned).
Organization Development tasks: (improves organization internal capacity to be the most effective)
HR Planning (identifies current and future human resources needs for an organization to achieve its goals)
Development of Org. charts for all the factories, Sites, Offices & Departments (Organizational and department Flow charts)
Recruitment SOP’s development.
Developing Performance Management system aligned with Organizational Goals.
Job Evaluation of all positions on KPI’S & KRA’S based
Developing and maintaining Job Descriptions, which leads to KPI’s, KRA’s & Incentive system (JD’s preparation and their amendment if required on the basis of Job analysis)
Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning programs & MTO Programme
Maintain all HR department SOP’s.
Preparation, upgradation & implementation of HR Handbook & Company policy as per labor law.
