 Recruitment SOP’s development.
 Developing Performance Management system aligned with Organizational Goals.
 Job Evaluation of all positions on KPI’S & KRA’S based
 Developing and maintaining Job Descriptions, which leads to KPI’s, KRA’s & Incentive system (JD’s preparation and their amendment if required on the basis of Job analysis)
 Responsible for developing and implementing succession planning programs & MTO Programme
 Maintain all HR department SOP’s.
 Preparation, upgradation & implementation of HR Handbook & Company policy as per labor law.
