概要

I am writing to express an interest in applying for a Professor position with your institution. I know that my history in teaching would make me a great addition to your university and I would make a positive impact on those students who sign up for my courses.
As far as my education goes, I have a Doctorate Degree in English Literature and have been working as a Foreign Expert in China at many levels for more than fifteen years. I am ready to move in my career and hoping to find a situation where I can grow and have some security. In these tough economic times, it is important to have a job that can stand the test of time.
My prior experience includes over 15 years teaching and working within the structures of a college and university.
I bring an attention to students that goes beyond the classroom as I also have great communication skills and can help to advise or clarify issues for those students who need some extra instruction.
Teaching is only one part of the position and I am fully aware of this fact. I do not have issue with taking the extra step for any school that I am associated.
I know that communication is very important and I am a great communicator on and off the podium. For this reason, I would like to be considered for this position and I feel that I would be an asset to your university and that I would make a great member of the team.
