Apart from development itself, my major responsibilities now at Apothecare are, to:
• Manage and overlook the projects and their tasks in the development pipeline
• Ensure all projects/developments adapt the KANBAN methodology
• Constantly gather requirements for new developments or customizations
• Constantly hold meetings to bring the management up-to-date on our progress
• Hold meetings with team to analyze ongoing projects and break projects into tasks. This also helps tackle any hiccups in any open tasks or projects
• Assign tasks among team and provide deadlines to ensure completion of project within committed deadline
• Hold brainstorming sessions with team to bring about new ideas and creativity and to provide better solutions/methodologies against already implemented techniques/methodologies, hence catalyzing performance
