This project is a part of Jabal Omar Development Project Phase 4, Zone S9, S10 & S11 based in Makkah Saudi Arabia. This project consists of 8 stories Podium with seven towers of 23 stories each where our Company is a contractor at this Project and Hill International is the the Project Management Client.
Job Profile:
 Incorporate the approved changes into schedule which may result in revised baseline, including changes to Sequence of activities, scope, cost, duration, and resources.
 Implementing schedule adjustments based on resource availability.
 Responsible to make daily/weekly/monthly Project Progress Reports.
 Meeting with the Contractors to discuss and review their work progress and report the findings in writing to the Project Managers.
 Coordination with vendors / sub-contractors throughout the project for timely achieving of mile-stones as per contract and to ensure the timely delivery of equipment / material on site.
 Identifying critical path activities which have a critical potential impact on project’s schedule.
 Familiar to Design a WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and utilize it to develop project plans using Primavera P6
 Sequencing the activity by defining dependencies and identifying the constraints in order to develop logical relationships between activities.
 Attend & coordinate with site personals regarding the planning & progress.
 Preparation of weekly and monthly progress, perform progress analysis, schedule updating, monitoring.
 Can revise the Baseline Schedule whenever there is a change in the scope or the Sequence of work.

Job Profile:
 Familiarize to adjust schedule using lead lag adjustment technique in the critical path.
 Be able to sequence the activities and can identify whether the relationships and dependencies are logical or not.
 Responsible of generating overall cluster and zone reports.
 Monitoring and identifying the areas where low progress and gain of work is observed.
 Involved in HUAWEI PTML UFONE 3G & 2G Rollout Project including 3G & 2G roll-out optimization and Huawei BSC6900 Web LMT, CME Express, PRS, M2000 and rest of its of tools for both 3G & 2G.
 Verify/ implement Neighbors (Internal and External) Plan on RNC and BSC through LMT apart from planning & executing expansions for GSM 900, GSM 1800 and GSM (900 to 1800). Conduct audit of DB and Neighbor of whole network for 3G and 2G.
 Coordinate with various teams including NSS, Transmission Planning, RF Planning and Optimization.
 Involved in BSC cutover activities & validation through Drive Testing and OMC Database.
 Conduct Drive Test analysis for newly On-Air sites and Optimization issues.
 Resolve RF Optimization issues like bad KPIs (High DCR, Low HSR, Low CSSR, TCH call drop etc) and parameters changes in coordination with RF Department.
 Perform Site Neighbors audit, LAC audit and definitions to optimize HSR degradation.
 Verify 3G & 2G Cell Parameters through CME on BSC.
 Update knowledge of WCDMA, GSM, GPRS, EDGE Call flows, Counters and Parameters.
 Perform Power Properties settings like Power level, Power Type and Power Fine tune.
 Involved in WAP implementation, RNC/BSC DB audit on weekly basis, TCH availability issues tracking, tracking of Path Balance issues, alarm monitoring & faulty TRX escalation, new site DB verification, expansion site DB audit, new site DT coordination, BSC software upgrade coordination and KPI monitoring, Daily Cell Busy, Cluster busy and Cluster Hour stats circulation and Cluster monitoring. Prepare Neighbor Plan.

 Managed CM of the entire network (300+ sites) including power & infrastructure to maximize site uptime as well as critical internal & external alarms of BTS, BSC in coordination with particular vendor or Sub cons.
 Resolved faults related to the Transmission and BSS platforms (including Microwave, IDU, ODU and other indoor and outdoor equipments in coordination with the NOC.
 Managed sub contractors for resolution of issues (power & infrastructure including generators) on immediate basis.
 Installed, commissioning & maintenance of BTS (Siemens), IDU (Sral XD), ODU (Siemens).
