Situations analysis of household localities keeping in view of the economic condition of family.

To work closely with District Field Supervisor for the implementation of project activities
To identify hot spots in coordination with District TB Coordinator for organizing chest camps
To coordinate with Lady Health Workers (LHWs) and Lady Health Supervisors (LHS) for sputum transportation of TB presumptive cases from public health facility to the nearest public or private lab engaged with the project
To ensure collection of sputum result from the lab and providing this to the concerned LHW/LHS
To conduct regular visits of private and public health facilities and labs engaged with the project to ensure proper recording of patients registered through the project
To maintain a separate register (TB 03) of patients registered through TB Reach Project for assigned district
To regularly follow-up with registered TB cases (telephonically and/or in person) to ensure their treatment adherence
Closely coordinate with District Field Supervisor of TB implementing partner to ensure cases registered through TB Reach project are included in district data
Conduct him/herself professionally and personally in such a manner so as to bring credit to Mercy Corps and in no way jeopardizing its humanitarian efforts
Any other task or responsibility as assigned by the Regional Coordinator
Implementation of project interventions as per implementation plan,
To organize trainings for the members of CBO

Arrange meeting with community for sharing project activities and Keep close coordination with engineering sections for mobilization and facilitation at community level as when required.
Keeping close coordination with community, religious leaders, community leaders and School head Master/Mistress.
Identify families who have out of schoolchildren or street children at home. These may be mobilized and motivated to take part in education of their children,
SOs will contribute effectively in the school improvement through implementation of Child Friendly Classrooms in collaboration with schoolteachers and education department,
