Climate Resource Coordination Center (CRCC) is a technical assistance unit funded by Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO).
Developed a concept note for the Green Climate Fund (GCF) on Enhancing Green Exports Through Green Financing in partnership with EXIM Bank of Pakistan:

Provided specialized technical assistance to implementing entities in developing programme concept note that meet the GCF requirements;
Coordinated and led stakeholder consultations with industrial associations, exporters and local financial institutions and documented the inputs to inform the design and development of the prefeasibility study and concept note;
Conducted pre-feasibility and viability assessment of the project idea and drafted a pre-feasibility study report for the concept note;
Ensure that Environmental and Social Safeguards (ESS) and Gender is mainstreamed into project design.

Led the Enterprise and Revolving Credit Program which aims to women microentreprenuers in urban slums by providing them with interest-free loans.

Led the development of enterprise program by launching a Financial Literacy Training for women microentreprenuers in urban slum of Dhok Hassu, Rawalpindi.
Managed a team of 3 including project coordinator, loan officer and social mobilizer in overseeing the loan application cycle and loan recovery including social and business appraisals;
Coordination and liason with partner organizations.
Conducted field visits and spot checks for verification of loan applicants 

As part of the Global Operations team tasked with developing a data driven and evidence based systems;

Assisted in developing a results monitoring framework for different programs
Coordinated with the consultant on development of the Management Information System (MIS) for knowledge management;
Coordinated in ingesting and updating timely and accurate data on the MIS as well as ensuring proper functionality of MIS features and dashboard
As a coordinator for country offices in Mali and Malawi, coordinated the development of M&E  targets, tracking systems, tools, and templates that enhance M&E of project output for respective country offices and obtained data of ongoing projects for reporting in the MIS;

Project Implementation:

As a focal person for Lahore and Peshawar districts, provided technical assistance and project management support in the implementation of Muslim Hands baseline KAP surveys 
Conducted spot checks during field visits to monitor the quality of KAP surveys and enumerators
Developed summary reports after field visits that include graphs, charts and tables
Ensured quality assurance of all data (completeness, reliability, validity, timeliness, and integrity).
Liaised with internal counterparts including the regional offices teams and field staff to support effective implementation and monitoring of the survey
Acted as a point of contact for resolution of a range of operational queries and problems on the field

Capacity Building and Development:

Performed data entry to build data bank of the organization including details of the all projects undertaken till to date.
