• Ensure smooth operations of 50 MW Captive Power Plant (Jenbacher, Wartsilla, MTU, Caterpillar Gensets & Solar System) Running on HFO, HSD, Natural Gas & RLNG.
• Reports to Senior Manager (Utilities) and assist him to achieve Utility Department Goals.
• Cost effective operational scenarios & ensuring smooth operation of K-Electric & On Grid Solar System.
• Load Management, Critical utilities operation through SOP\'s and exercise trend monitoring.
• Plans Shutdown, Blackout Restoration and coordination with departments in restoring Dump Load.
• SLDs, Electrical feeders and Transformers distribution awareness.
• Ensuring smooth operation of Power, Steam, Water & Gas through SCADA monitoring.
• Have Good knowledge of Water System, Tank Capacities, Line Capacities and implementing no shortage of water supply to concern departments.
• Operations of Brackish RO Plant, Compressors (Speree HL2/90, Atlas Copco G22, Gardener Denver ESM-22).
• Operation of Boilers (7 WHR = 22 Ton/hr, 3 GFB = 50 Ton/hr, 3 CFB = 75 Ton/hr).
• Monitors Plant Auxiliaries such as HFO / Lube Oil Separator, fuel booster module, HFO / Diesel Decanting and filling station, Hot water system, Cooling Tower, Radiators, Water Pumps (Centrifugal Vertical Horizontal, Submersible).
• Participate actively in troubleshooting, corrective and preventive maintenance (2k, 4k, 8k, 16k, 20k).
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including WORK PERMIT systems, SAFE WORK Practices, and RISK ASSESSMENT procedures before authorizing work.
• Ensure compliance of Chemical Dozing advised by Chemical Service provider in order to maintain TDS and PH level.
• Maintain proper record of consumables, Lubes, chemicals and tools present in domain area.
• Prepare daily Solar Generation / Efficiency Report with critical analysis and recommend actions to maintenance department.
• Good report writing skills i.e. Load profile, Bench Mark Report, Utility reports, Solar Generation / EfficiencyReport, OIL & Chemical Stock Record, Lube Oil Consumption, Steam report, ETP water report, Shutdown history / Plant Availability Report, Operation & Maintenance Planner.
• Carry out any other task assigned by management

• Supervision of Power House and Spinning Department.
• Operation of Power House 6 MW (Jenbacher J420 Gensets & Wapda).
• Performed and participated in any troubleshooting regarding engines, cooling towers, auxiliaries and Spinning Machines.
• Maintain and Manage routine maintenance work of Power House.
• Check and Maintain Daily Spinning Production Report, Spin Plan Count wise and Quality Inspection.
• Making Spinning Progress Report, Autocone Uster Statistics Report (IPI) and doing Ring Snap Surveys Shift wise of Spinning Department and sending it to Technical Director.
• Running entire shifts of Spinning and Power House.
• Hands on Experience in troubleshooting of Spinning machines in Blow Room, Carding, Drawing, Ring, Simplex, Autocone Departments.
• Store Management and Inventory Reporting.
• Man Power Handling.
• Day to Day Production Problem Handling & Production Quality Check
• Erection of Boilers, Gensets, Transformers and Spinning Machines.
• Prepare Preventive Maintenance Schedule and Daily Activities.
• Ensures all deliverables of O&M contract for Electrical are fulfilled..
• Prepare Plans, details, specifications & cost estimation.
• Plan, Organize, Review & Evaluate the work of staff.

• Maintain the log book of plant load, generators, LT & HT rooms, UPS, and Transformers.
• Carryout daily, monthly and annual maintenance of the line equipment/motors.
• Check and follow the monthly and annual maintenance.
• Create list for spare parts needed for annual. maintenance and handover to management.
• Ensure implementation of safety guidelines for all electricity of the plant.
• Provide periodic and event-based reports to Management Office.
• Checkout need for machines spare parts and maintain stock in store.
• Check and follow daily, weekly, monthly and annual maintenance procedures regarding to Machines
