•Responsible for resolving the queries of candidates related to shortlisting of applications, Roll no slips, examination and results.

• Receive and Respond to customers services & account inquiries on account balances, transactional details, statements, fee & charges.
• Opening new Accounts/ Closing Accounts.
• Responsible for daily inward/outward clearing.
• Cheque book entries in system & issue cheque books to customers as well.
• Locker entries in system & facilitate the customers by operating lockers.
• Responsible for preparing Pay orders & internal transfer as well.
• Responsible for financial bills payments of branch to companies.
• Responsible for FBR taxes payments to SBP.
