概要

My work experience at OJ as a QA/QC Engineer included Learning the inspection of all parts produced, their zones and their comparison to the boundary/ Floor Samples. It also included the working knowledge of Checking Fixtures and Part Inspection Standards. Also Carrying out activities according to QMS. Making sure that all Work instructions are being followed and making sure that tools for doing so are available. Checking of the paperwork as per QMS. Management of complete floor and the quality team to make sure that defective parts are not being produced and are effectively seggregated so they don't reach the customer. It also includes the use of quality tools such as Pareto charts, histograms, checksheets and cause & effect diagram to convert raw data into somesort of conclusive results so as to review our daily progress and trends and to highlight the Key Performance Indicators which need attention. My job also includes doing Root Cause Analysis on the problems. And to formulate or suggest the Corrective and Preventive Actions. Following activities were also part of my duties like 5S, Kaizen, Genba, 4M Analysis. Major part of the job includes interaction with the customer, which consist of making sure that the customer is happy and satisfied and to resolve any issue it's facing. Organization of joint activities is also a part of it. I was dealing with customers like Indus Motor Company, Procon, Razi Sons, Yamaha and FAW etc.
