ü Deal with the Academic & Professional Internship with the SRSO as per policy at Head Office and District Level.ü Proper Scrutinize attendance software at Head Office Level & maintain attendance record at the district level of projects.ü Monitoring the employee attendance status on daily basis through telephonic conversation.ü Responsible for updating and intimating the employees regarding absents and direct them to apply ONLINE at Head Office Level.ü Manage & maintain EOBI detail of Core and Project employees.ü Responsible for issuing all Letters related to Core and Projects i.e. Offer Letter, Employment Contract, JDs, Contract Closed, Warnings, explanation, Showcase, etc. ü Engage in all types and all stages of Recruitments. I.e. Advertisement, shortlisting, conducting Tests, arrange Interviews, etc.ü Working on the evaluation process of probationers when the probation period is completed.ü Looking after Probations Expire, Contract Expire, CNIC Expire of employees and manage their confirmations accordingly.ü Responsible for the yearly Performance Evaluation Forms of the employees at the Head Office and district level.ü Maintain and process the Degree Verification of existing and newly hired employees.ü Maintain & update employee personal files of newly hires & sort out the missing documents of new & existing employees and complete them timely.ü Assist in personal files to Assistant Manager / Manager HR when needed.ü Process the final settlement cases of employees.
