• Export dispatches According to Client’s Requirements in all aspects.• Arrangements for Final inspection of goods (For third party Audit, Foreigner inspectors).• Stock Updating In System ERP/ UNIX.• Meeting with management (Marketing/Planning/Production) for dispatch Schedule.• Supervision over Packing, Taping and Outer Carton Labeling to fulfill client’s requirement.• Supervision over physical receipts of goods and stacking (Client Wise/Order Wise/Article, Color and Assortment Wise).• Inventory Auditing (Weekly/Monthly & Annual basis).
Innovation/Development in UNIX & ERP to fulfill department needs and to Command/ Overcome on daily work.
• Preparations and arrangements for third party Audits.• Generate Documents I.E. (Consignment Lists/Packing List/Dispatch Notes/Outward Gate Passes).• Transport Arrangements against CRO’s and Open shipments.• Coordination and meeting with Floor Staff, Assigning duties for best results of teamwork.• Annual/Month end Closing in all aspects.• Training of staff.
