I am Ph.D scholar of plant breeding and Genetics. I have done my research at NIGAB, National Agricultural Research centre, Islamabad entitled as Genetic analysis of Maize grown at two temperature regimes. I have experience of wet lab techniques ( DNA extraction, RNA extraction, DNA quantification, Simple PCR, Species specific PCR, rtPCR, qPCR, Multiplex PCR, SDS PAGE, Tissue culturing, Genetic Transformation, Primer Designing, Reverse Transcription, cDNA formation, Restriction Fragment Length Polymorphism, Sandwitch ELISA, as well as field work related to breeding of Maize, Wheat and Sunflower. I also have experience of biochemical and physiological analyses (Proline Contents, Chlorophyll contents, Leaf Relative Water Content, Membrane stability index, Sugar contents and Soluble protein contents). I am interested to do such job in which i can fully utilize my potential abilities to serve my country specifically to agriculture sector.
