SEPCO-III is a chaines EPC company constructing power projects in Pakistan and around the world. I am working with them on LEPCL 660MW Coal fire power plant with the responsibilities of representing weekly and monthly progress reports to owner and consultants.

Managing all the resources with collaboratio of local supervisors.
Have responsibility to  contact with all departments  making sure smoother execution of project.

Reporting and Progress monitoring with client and higher management.
Budgeting, Planning and control of all resources in safe measures.
Arrangement of requisite material at site to avoid labor idling.
Pursue the client for the clearance of check requests.
Planning, Scheduling and monitoring of project in every phase of project.
Progress Monitoring, Reporting to higher management and client.
Ensure effective and efficient utilization of labor and non-labor resource by strong coordination with project team.
Attend progress review meetings on daily/weekly/monthly basis with Project Manager/Site Manager.

We were specialized in Manufacturing, Fabrication and Maintenance of feed mill plants
Worked as Asst. Engineer in design department
I was had responsibility to work with my seniors and visits of different sites for to see everything is going smooth and perfect as per drawings and design.
Had responsibility to provide the drawings and manufacturing process to workshop staff for the manufacturing of plant equipment.

I had done Final year internship at Pakistan Railway at Locomotive and Carriage workshop.

During my studies i had workd in this firm. We was has small projects of HSE, fire fighting and civil defence.
