POSITION: SALES EXECUTIVE
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Perform 60 calls to customers on daily basis & preparation of calls report.
Attend conferences and meetings to for planning monthly, Semi-annual & annual targets.
Maintain customer files on regular (Ready line and Personal loan).
Review and ensure clients’ document completeness.
Responsible for ensuring the overall process of loan disbursement to client.
Inter department relationship to improve the service to the customer Better co- ordination to ensure better end result to customers.
Update to customer about case and resolve all queries.
Follow up about customer cases from Personal loan and Ready line depatment.
