Involved in rig up and rig down operations at rig site.
 Sample catching at define depth interval and prepare for analysis.
 Perform Calcimetry test on samples to analyze carbonate percentage.
 Supervise packing and shipment of samples (wet and dry), gas samples.
 Monitoring of drilling data and mud data during operations and Perform electrical and mechanical checks where
required.
 Assist and maintain trip sheets, daily reports, in/outgoing messages, End of well report.

• Training in HSEQ department to execute job without any hazard and in safe manner.
• Having knowledge about Control loop of Process Parameters (Temperature, Level, Flow, and Pressure), their Sensing Elements (use in dakhni plant).
• Familiar With Fisher Control Valve’s parts, it’s Working and calibration of Fisher Control Valve, Relief Valve, Positioner, Gauges, Transmitters using calibration equipment (dead weight tester, pneumatic calibrator, milliamp source).
• Coordinate with Mechanical, Process Engineers to ensure Safe and trouble free operations.
• Assisted in Shuttle valve replacement from Compressor Unit, Troubleshoot the Pneumatic controller relay problem, Installation of gasket between flanges, SOV replacement at turbine.
• Assist to plan & review all budget plans regarding Project & maintenance activities for Process & Plant Department.
• Review of engineering documents, specification, Tender Documents & evaluation of technical bids submitted by the contractor.
• Assist in preparation of project execution schedules.

• Hands on experience about Cased Hole Logging Tools (Pulse Neutron Neutron, Production Logging Tool,
Free Point Indicator Tool, Casing Collar Locator) and it’s Operations.
• Responsible for the maintenance and Service Of Equipment (Electrical- Insulation & Continuity, resistance of logging cable, Mechanical & Operational Checks).
• Responsible for Calculation of Weak Point For Logging Cables for safe operation at rig site and find length of logging cable required for job.
• Familiar with Rig Up and well head Equipment, Procedure and their Rating.
• Having Knowledge about Warrior Logging Acquisition System.
• Attend All QHSE Meetings And Discuss Safety Issues.

• Identifying customer requirements, assist in making models and prototypes of products using three-dimensional design software (AUTOCAD).
• Reading design specifications and technical drawings, liaising with others in the design team.
• Preparing documentation, writing reports and giving presentations.
• Scanning and digitizing of different maps for different projects implemented.

• Learned The Purpose Of Gamma Ray Tool, CCL, Telemetry, Compact (Formation Pressure Tester), Centralizer, Junk Basket, Rope Sockets, Drilling Jars, Packers, function Of CMTD (Cable Mounted Tension Device), IDW (Integrated Depth Wheel).
• Maintenance And Service Of Equipment (Fast Inspection Of Tools), review manuals and other training material.

• Learn About Well Casing, Casing Sizes, Objectives Of Cementing And Classes Of Cement.
• Provide Assistance In Well Services Cementing Laboratory Tests (Slurry Density , Thickening Time, Fluid Loss, Free Fluid, Compressive Strength).
