Project of Punjab Government- Primary & Secondary Health Care Department. Where my key responsibilities are;

• Manage the control temperature Medicine facility of 50,000 Sq.ft having multiple pharma’s stock

• Ensure Pharma Temperature Control KPI’s that require medicines processing.

• Efficiently managing Oracle LOGFIRE for processing of stock.

• Managing Inspection of medicines and ensure drugs sampling for testing from labs.

• Managing transportation for extensive customer requirements.

• Vendor Management for labor and transportation.

• Ensure Best practices to safe, secure and efficient transportation of drugs from central warehouse to several destinations across Punjab.

• Ensure proper issuance and receiving documentations.

• Meeting the P&L targets as assigned by management.

Main Job is to fulfill Gourmet Beverages day to day targets.
1-Complete daily dispatches for Lahore region.
2-Collaboration with Customer and Teams for effective forecasting to improve planning in order to replenish efficiently.
3-Maintain close coordination with customer representatives to attain continues improvement.
4-Management of Loads and vehicles to execute the given plans efficiently and effectively.

Execute customer daily targets while having close communication with both the customer and customer’s customer (Gourmet Shops).
* Complete daily dispatches at all shops and maintain accurate reporting accordingly.
* Manage Day/Night shift efficiently in order to relax team members and satisfy customer 24 hrs need.
* Maintain close Collaboration with Customer’s and Teams for effective forecasting to improve planning in order to replenish efficiently.
* Maintain close coordination with customer representatives to attain continues improvement.
* Management of Loads and vehicles to execute the given plans efficiently and effectively.
* Managing Labor and salesman for smooth flow of work with minimum loading and offloading time. * Keep the employees motivation level high in order to get customer satisfaction.
