• Receive incoming calls and routing them to the concerning person / department; placing national and international calls
• Managing and handling all types incoming and outgoing correspondence
• Preparation of written and electronic correspondence; maintain phone and

• Responsible to manage Regional office grocery, House Keeping.
• Responsible to make arrangements of official meetings in regional office
• Assist to Regional admin head in Petty cash handling
• Manage office utilities and periodic maintenance
• Maintain & keep all records pertain to daily mail receiving & dispatch
