- To review, adopt, develop and implement a participatory monitoring and evaluation mechanism/ framework and tools for KK projects/Programmes.
- To develop and review monitoring and evaluation policy guidelines and SOPs.
- To orient monitoring and other KK staff on monitoring indicators, policies and SoPs.
- Develop Monthly Management check list for the section staff.
- To monitor and share the progress at all levels against the indicators of the projects/program on periodic basis with the management.

- Properly conduct project inception with consultation of Deputy Commissioner and ensure participation of all relevant stakeholders.
- Timely submission of project NOCs documents according to the approved checklist in “International Development Section” P& D KP, PDMA & FDMA.
- Timely inform project leads to process project NOC extension documents before 6-8 week to the concern departments.
- Close coordination with District Administration for issuance of NOC at District level for permission of project activities.
- Arrange donor field visits for donor with the consultation of area management & team leads.
- Develop multiple projects reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, midterm and final reports) according to the donor approved formats with the consultation of MEAL team.

Public Relations / Media
- Support the PR/Media team in the development of constructive working relationships with media representatives to build international and public profile and ensure positive coverage and the timely provision of situation reports and fundraising material to IRW.
Safety and Security
- Liaise with the local Sr. supply chain officer to ensure compliance with IRP Security Guidelines and their effective application in the local context;
- Monitor the operational environment with respect to increased level of threat and advise the District Coordinator and IR Security Officer/Security Focal person.
- Follow the appropriate communications means to meet operational and security requirements;
Administration
- Ensure that administrative support functions are supported in accordance with IRP administrative policies and procedures;
- Ensure compliance with country legal, contractual, labor and statutory requirements.
Financial Management and Planning
- Ensure with the Finance department, the maintenance of IRP financial protocols and accounting systems for all field interventions.
· Support the Mobilization of men Community groups to initiate active and effective engagement of men and women with the WSSCs for improvement of WASH and SWM services at HH and City Level.
· Form Men and Women Community Groups at the city level.
· Deliver dedicated training for the groups for the groups to help women’s groups grow as WASH Leaders at respective community level.
· Support implementation of SBCC Campaign at the community level to generate social support for women’s participation in Urban services.
· Identify potential Opportunities for women’s participation and economic opportunities under the project through incentives fund.
· Arrange Community trainings on best practices around safe use of water, Safe sanitation, solid waste segregations and hygiene practices.
· Support in data collection and reporting against result indicators.

Promote accountability and ensure compliance with IRCWAY policies, global Humanitarian Standards for Quality and Accountability, including the client feedback/complaint and response mechanism (CRM), to ensure that affected communities and people are at the center of IRC response.
Develop and maintain project monitoring databases for timely dissemination of information.
Assist in the review and development of appropriate formats, tools and systems for monitoring and evaluating programs, assuring quality and managing data according to internal and international standards.
In collaboration with the Senior MEAL Manager, MEAL Officers and program teams, carry out participatory outcomes monitoring as well as activities of the partners according to agreed standards.
Extend needful support to program teams to track progress of the project activities in line with the agreed output and outcome level performance indicators and beneficiary numbers using standardized formats and systems, to establish/maintain data storage and dissemination systems.
Assist in the design, collection and analysis of data and information for assessments, surveys and evaluations as required by the MEAL unit and the program teams as per project requirements.
Conduct data quality assessments, audits’ and support relevant teams in improved data management practices.
Will represent MEAL during program review meetings and other events to share M&E updates and/or making presentations if required.

1. Play a coordination role by supporting the HUMAN AID, in the development and implementation of programme in support of international and national commitments on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls.
2. Contribute to mainstreaming gender equality and women’s empowerment into all programs and project of HUMAN AID
3. Manage capacity building efforts on gender mainstreaming at all stages of the projects.
4. With the support of the Gender Focal Points build and promote internal capabilities and collaboration in mainstreaming gender within HUMAN AID.
5. Act as resource person in capacity building, knowledge sharing events and other relevant activities on gender equality and women’s empowerment in the organization.
