AM PPC MRP planning & execution
1. Analyze sales forecasts and production schedules to predict material requirements.
2. Create and maintain accurate BOMs for all products.
3. Manage raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods inventory.
4. Create production schedules and allocate resources.
5. Procure raw materials and fabrics from suppliers.
6. Optimize fabric usage and minimize waste.
7. Work with cross-functional teams, including production, procurement, and sales.

AM PPC Planning MRP & execution
Managing order planning, including assessing production requirement timelines and resources
Assurance of PO Execution within timelines as per induction plan with the help of operational teams

Coordinate with yarn, knitting, LAB, processing (dyeing & finishing), quality & cutting and printing to clearing
Wips
To save capacity loss by managing in time material requirement
Make sure to provide cut-able fabric for smooth feeding of sewing units
Communicate via Zoom meeting, Emails, phone calls and text messages to clearing wips
Overseeing the execution of orders, ensuring smooth workflow and timely delivery
Communicating and sharing inspection plans with internal and external stakeholders to ensure quality
