ï‚· Leading project activities with respect to Instrument & Control to ensure that safety, reliability &
other technical objectives are fully met within approved project scope, budget & schedule.
ï‚· Estimating preparing and assigning resources such as manpower, materials, consumables,
equipment, tools, etc., required for all electrical and related works prior to execution.
ï‚· Planning and executing all electrical related works and coordinating the works to mechanical and
civil groups.
ï‚· Assigning targets for accomplishments and ensure targets are met on a daily basis for all electrical
groups at the site.
ï‚· Ensuring that all the works are done are in accordance with the approved drawings,
contract documents, project specifications, and all applicable standards.
ï‚· Attending client meetings and assisting with the determination of project requirements.
ï‚· Conforming all the operations are done in strict compliance with department safety rules and
regulations, giving priority to safety.

ï‚· Understand the job scope, clarify any ambiguity.
 Finalizing area’s scope of work and preparing an execution plan with planning engineer.
ï‚· Preparation of method statements.
ï‚· Progress monitoring of job execution on a daily basis.
ï‚· Monitoring and ensuring efficient utilization of human and material resources.
ï‚· Coordination with QA/QC personnel & HSE department.
ï‚· Ensuring human resource, materials, consumables, tools and equipment allocation and availability
as per job requirements.
ï‚· Co-ordination with departments other than planning (i.e. Store, Inspection, Procurement, Equipment
and Plant) to ensure a seamless workflow.

ï‚· Servicing and Maintenance of Valves, Thermocouples, Heat Exchanger, Vessel, Column and Heater.
ï‚· Provide feedback of job progress to Planning & answer the queries in management meeting.
