Maintenance Engr. (Civil Engineer)
· Responsible for the daily check/ coordinate civil works i.e. painting, wood work, ceiling works, repair, etc.
· Responsible to check the general consumable civil items, and coordinate with store so that stock should not run out at any stage.
· To check and follow the periodic maintenance work as per individual sectional requirements.
· Responsible to depute the workers to civil repair and maintenance works on daily basis.
· Responsible to SKDC maintenance works.
· Write report or inform Manager E&MD about the work performance.
· Perform any other assignment as assigned by Manager E&MD.
· Co-ordinate and co-operate with other trades of works w.r.t maintenance requirement.
· Liaising with other departments.

Work Responsibilities
• Inspect and request for concrete pour of electrical conduits of floor as per drawing after approval of client's
engineers.
• Ensure the water curing, vibrator during concrete pour to eliminate the honeycombing and air voids effect.
• Check the formwork/ shuttering alignment of lift well and columns before and after the concrete pour.
• Resolve the (NCR) Non Conformance Report arose after construction and report to client.
• Check and present (RFI) Request for Inspection to client for concrete pour.
• Read drawings and overseeing the building works.
