Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market. Monitor different Promotional activities.
Promote sales of product through ATL and BTL activities.
Develop sales network by increasing infrastructure of distributor like sales vans, dsf.
Staff development, training, and supervision.
Monitoring market trends for better sales opportunities.
Establish Market strategies to meet organizational objectives and forecast and achieve sales targets for region
Demonstrate leadership and interpersonal skills by managing staff through positive motivation and example, creating a team effort, which results in superior customer service.
Provide training to the new staff and also brief them about the set up of the Company.
Monitor different Promotional activities inside the sites, also the Prize schemes for customers, and Advertising material, as well.
Monitor the Stock Position, placement of proper Ordering, daily and monthly reporting.

Highly creative and able to find new ways to increase market share.
Feed back to the Manager about the Performance of the Business, problems related to the Customers Satisfaction, and Performance of the Staff.
