• Resolves administrative problems of North Region by analyzing information; identifying and communication solutions.
• Maintains suggestion system by directing and controlling administrative technical aspects in accordance with management directives.
• Maintains continuity of work operations by documenting and communicating needed actions to management; discovering irregularities; determining continuing needs.
• Delegating tasks and ensuring that they are completed in accordance with existing policies and procedures.
• Follow up, inspections, report generation of ongoing projects.
• Documentation of renovation and construction of old as well as new branches.
BRANCH OPERATIONAL DUTIES
• Communicate daily business, work with the management team.
• Ensuring all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Managing and monitoring of direct sales team to achieve business targets.
• Assist in developing or updating standard operating procedures for all business operational activities.
• Build strong relationship by addressing customer issues and complaints in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate and clear documentation for operational procedures and activities.
