I have multiple experiences of working in educational profession. I am working as Director and Chief executive Officer at Sustainable research Development. Also, serving as director at The Institute for Educational Economic Development Services and Gilgit Baltistan Rural Support Program. I also serves as Premier Mountain Communities Consultants Gilgit Baltistan and worked consultant at Environs Tech GB. I have also worked as AIMS Organization as Project Coordinator and as Assistant Director with Punjab Skill Development Program (PSDF). I have worked as an Monitoring Evaluation and Research Officer for Aga Khan Education services, worked as head teacher and academic coordinators for Aga Khan Education Services for several years, I also worked for Aga Khan University Institute for Educational Development (AKU IED) as Faculty (Professional Development Teacher) for more than one year and worked with the research team as a researcher at Aga Khan University as well.
• Represent Hashoo Foundation on all forums including public & private institutions in Gilgit-Baltistan.
• Conduct surveys with the help of ROG team to identify potential areas for interventions.
• Provide guidance and facilitation to the ROG program team in developing appropriate project concept papers proposals based on local needs and opportunities.
• Program planning, budget preparation and effective implementation of ROG Programs and Projects activities.
• Interact and develop linkages with relevant departments of Government and NGOs for promotion of ROG programs.
• Develop strategies to address training needs of the communities for capacity building and income generation.
• Searching and seeking relevant funding opportunities.
• Close coordination with LSOs, Communities and beneficiaries of Programs and projects in GB.
• Successful implementation and operationalization of approved plans and strategies of ROG.
• Developing, designing and presenting for approval business plans, models and strategies of programs and projects.
