Worked in IT LOGI as a Sale Executive , US based inbound/outboud campagin .
I worked in Sales Department of Air Ticketing company based in UK. I was hired here as a trained Travel Agent and i was given the target of 30 sales in a month and the target of 3000 GBP as a margin out of them, to which i did 35 sales every month and did the margin of 6000 GBP. I had to leave this job as the company`s google ads and bank accounts got suspended due to some Airline issues going on with them. I am looking forward to work in a competitive environment where i can show my skills as CSR/TSR and enhance it for further future opportunities. I believe in team work and and can do my part of work very well to achieve the target . I am self motivated person and have good communication skills and also have strong convincing power to generate maximum number of sales and also can deal efficiently with international clients.
I was hired here as a trainee as it was my first job in the call center field so i was given the training of 8 days in which i learned to work on GDS and also how to deal with the clients ,how to mature them , how to make sales and how to generate maximum margin out of it. I learned various ways of it and as a trainee i was given a huge list of outbound numbers every day to dial so i have done a lot of cold calling as well to mature maximum number of clients from it. I left that job because they didn't pay me on time as my salary of 3 months was due.
