Dealt with vendors and contractors on various Projects, from bidding to execution/testing and commissioning and cultivated strong vendor partnerships.


Planning and Conducting Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of HVAC System, MEP system and Fire and Safety of the Towers through BMS and CMMS.
Facilitated internal audits to assess compliance with company policies, industry standards, and procedures, uncovering areas for improvement and ensuring alignment across departments.
Conducted thorough inspections for adherence to project specifications, resulting in reduced defects and increased customer satisfaction.
Reviewed and approved quality requirements for purchase orders of supplies and engineering projects.

 Working as a Maintenance/Facility Engineer at HBL Tower (Pakistan’s first L.E.E.D. Certified Building) in Clifton, Karachi, contributing to Maintenance and Operations.
 Creating and Editing RFP’s for future SLA’s with vendors and contractors.
 Worked on Commissioning of Thyssenkrupp Elevators at HBL Tower.
 Coordinated with the team of Global Business Bridge (Official Thyssenkrupp Partner and Distributors) throughout the whole project.
 Ensured that proper safety standards and procedures are followed and technicians are equipped with PPE’s especially during the installation of wire slings on the pulley.
 Working with the GBB team to ensure Preventive maintenance of all elevators is on track and that any complaints and concerns are being addressed on day to day basis.
 Formulated the Preventive Maintenance checklist for HVAC machinery, Electrical Panels and Equipment, Diesel Generators for Daily, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly Basis.
 Ensured the continuous implementation of the Preventive Maintenance program including the planning and coordination of major scheduled maintenance outages.
 Coordinating with contractors such as Orient Energy Systems in changing oil filters, fuel filters and water filters for the Diesel Generators and generating an inspection report.
 Carrying out the preparation/review of spare parts list; definition of new items in the inventory, according to the OEM and suppliers’ specifications.
 Closely Coordinating with Building Management System (BMS) Engineer to make sure all controls are operational and building temperature is maintained.

 Internship training was completed during the semester break
 Worked as a Design Engineer and contributed in completing two projects: PALFINGER Side Loader and The Tail Lift
 Occasional visits to another partner company TROPICSTAR to assist in truck mounted air-conditioning unit installation project
 Conducted calculations for the hydraulic cylinder and bore
 Developed a strong working knowledge of hydraulic systems and truck chassis customization
 The 3-D parts for the Tail lift and Side Loader were designed, assembled and simulated in Solidworks software
 2-D drawings were created, edited and drafted as per the requirement of a senior engineer on AutoCAD
 Assisted another colleague (a mechatronics engineer) in installing a control box and soldered circuit boards for the Garbage Compactors.
 Programmed the cutting of a metal plate on a CNC machine using software fabrication, before machining it.
