Provided full time support in preparing project report of the donor funded project. Managed a number of other project related activities including: process improvement; coordination; research and analysis, attending meetings and providing administrative support to the Technical Advisor of Costed Implementation Plan FP2020, Sindh on various tasks including report/concept paper writing, documentation, minutes of meetings, talking points for the Technical Advisor and power point presentations.

Supported a research team in evaluating a multi-donor Family Planning and Reproductive Health (FP&RH) Project of Aman Foundation, by doing a comparative analysis of the experiences and internalization of project objectives by Lady Health Workers and other stakeholders in the project. Assisted the Lead Researcher in mid-line evaluation exercise including quantitative and qualitative component; conducting Focus group discussions and Key Informant Interviews; analysis of results and in preparing the evaluation report. Roles and responsibilities included:
- providing support in developing qualitative and quantitative assessment tools as required for the study.
- coordination and contribution of quantitative analysis of LHW service data.
- conducted focus groups and supported in IDIs, and coordination of transcribing and translation as needed and ensuring their quality.
- contribution to analysis of qualitative data and drawing out themes.
- supported in writing report, including: first level writing, reviewing of drafts and incorporating feedback received.
- participated in meetings with Aman team to review, and get feedback.
