Painting / coating inspection of steel structural works, pipelines.
Responsible for stage wise coating / painting inspection.
Monitor weather condition for surface preparation and painting/ coating application.
Blasting & Painting/Coating Inspection which includes Surface Cleanliness Check, Blasting Profile Check, Humidity & Dew point Check, Dry & Wet Film Thickness Check, Wet sponge pinhole detection test, High voltage Holiday test and carrying out of all types of destructive and more sophisticated Non-destructive tests, etc.
Prepare Inspection & tests plan ITP for specific project, company requirements, surface preparation & painting, coating procedure.
Knowledgeable also in application, inspection of Fusion Bonded Epoxy (FBE) & Polyurethane (PU), Poly propylene (PP), Poly ethylene (PE), Concrete coatings and heat shrink sleeves for onshore oil and gas Underground pipelines, etc.
Execute painting / coating inspection work as per company / project inspection test plan.
To check & monitor all painting / coating related works and ensure all final products meet in accordance with company procedure, client requirement and international codes.
Responsible for incoming coating / painting material inspection and has to ensure whether these material suits to meets the requirements of project specification.
Prepare all necessary QA/QC painting / Coating documents and handed over to clients review.
Review of calibration status of all inspection equipments .
Maintain standards of safety and comply with company health, safety and environment management system requirements.

In manufacturing shop, I have worked and experienced about different machines those are used in machining of different engine parts like CNC machines and lathe machines.
