You will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction in hospitality settings such as restaurants. They serve as the primary point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing assistance to enhance their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome guests on arrival and provide them a warm, friendly greeting.
  • Assist guests in sitting where they are comfortable.
  • Provide and guide Menu and get the order with suggestive selling
  • Ensuring the food order is made correctly by kitchen staff and looks presentable for guests.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Handle cash, credit card, and other payment transactions accurately and securely.
  • Keep accurate records of guest interactions and transactions in the restaurant management system.
  • Ensure the Front of the house area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and follow up to ensure any issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Uphold the restaurant standards of service excellence and adhere to company policies and procedures.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by promoting loyalty programs, special offers, and amenities to guests.
