We are looking for a dedicated and creative individual to join our team as a Marketing and Customer Relations Coordinator. This role will involve daily social media engagement, product promotion, customer outreach, and market research to boost our brand's visibility and growth. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, communicating with customers, and assisting in business development strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction and Relationship Management:
Send friend requests daily to 10 new agro-related people and send them relevant ads.
Reach out to five old customers for new order inquiries (contact details will be provided).
Contact potential or existing customers via phone, email, or WhatsApp to promote new products or offers.
Create and maintain separate customer lists (shopkeepers, vendors, and end-users such as farmers) in Excel.
Market Research and Competitor Analysis:
Research competitors' products, pricing, and promotions, documenting findings in a notebook for future reference.
Professional Development:
Enroll in and complete online courses related to social media marketing, customer service, and other business growth strategies.
Learn and implement new techniques from online resources (e.g., YouTube) to grow the business.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform extra duties as needed and assist with any other office-related tasks not listed above.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of social media platforms and content creation.
Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or similar software for creating customer and vendor lists.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.
A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn new techniques and strategies.
