Personal Banking Officer

We are looking for a motivated professional with a solid educational background in finance, marketing, commerce, or economics to join our Retail Banking team. The ideal candidate will hold at least 16 years of education from a reputable university recognized by HEC and possess a minimum of two years’ experience in Customer Relationship Management within the banking sector. This role is centered on building and nurturing strong customer relationships to enhance product usage, improve retention rates, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to boost product penetration and customer loyalty.
- Consistently achieve exceptional sales performance while delivering excellent service.
- Effectively mobilize deposits by managing a strategic portfolio.
- Cross-sell consumer and wealth management products tailored to meet customer needs.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their financial requirements and ensuring a smooth and positive banking experience.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 16 years of education in Finance, Marketing, Commerce, or Economics from a university or institute recognized by HEC.
- At least two years of relevant experience in Customer Relationship Management within the banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and consistently deliver high-quality service.
- Effective people management skills.
- Proficiency in presentation skills to clearly communicate product offerings and financial solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
