Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies to drive revenue growth in software sales and secure high-value contracts. 
  • Lead and manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, conducting presentations, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. 
  • Identify and acquire new business opportunities through diverse channels such as market research, cold outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and networking. 
  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent generation of high-quality leads and measurable conversion rates. 
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to generate qualified leads and secure client contracts, showcasing a track record of delivering results. 
  • Design and deliver compelling presentations and tailored proposals that highlight the company’s value proposition, expertise, and solutions. 
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system, tracking leads, client interactions, opportunities, and providing precise sales forecasts. 
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyze trends, identify growth opportunities, and understand potential client needs, enabling customized solutions. 
  • Cultivate and sustain strong, long-term client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. 
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (KPIs), refining strategies and sales approaches to achieve and surpass business targets.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on the software or tech sales industry. 
  • Proven success in generating leads, acquiring clients, and closing high-value contracts, particularly in the US and Canadian markets. 
  • Expertise in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), and other business development platforms for effective outreach and lead management. 
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills to build trust and establish credibility with clients.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a target-driven environment, consistently meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Certifications in sales management is a plus).
