PHP Laravel Full Stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laravel developer to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the Laravel framework and its ecosystem, along with expertise in PHP, MySQL, and modern web development techniques. This role focuses on developing and maintaining web applications that are secure, scalable, and high-performing to meet evolving business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Application Development: Build, maintain, and optimize web applications using Laravel to deliver reliable and efficient solutions.
- Database Design: Create and implement effective database schemas that ensure data integrity and support high performance.
- Code Quality: Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
- Testing: Perform unit and integration testing to ensure application stability and reliability.
- Security: Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities such as SQL injection, XSS, and CSRF.
- Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve bottlenecks to improve application speed and responsiveness.
- Collaboration: Work closely with designers, front-end developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Version Control: Manage codebases effectively using Git and support team collaboration.
- Documentation: Maintain thorough documentation covering code, configurations, and development workflows.
- Troubleshooting: Quickly diagnose and fix technical issues to minimize downtime.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest Laravel advancements and industry trends to enhance skills and application quality.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Laravel developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel framework, and MySQL database management.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like Vue.js or React.
- Experience in developing RESTful APIs.
- Solid understanding of web security principles and best practices.
- Proficient in version control systems, especially Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Knowledge of server management and deployment processes.
- Experience with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Exposure to other PHP frameworks like Symfony is a plus.

This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive monthly salary starting from Rs80,000. Candidates must be able to reliably commute to Islamabad or be willing to relocate prior to starting employment. The application deadline is 20th July 2025.
