You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations at Pickle Point. This role includes overseeing facility management and providing exceptional customer support. In addition the candidate will support opening up of new facilities as well as franchise program. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sports, have strong organizational skills, and be dedicated to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Operational oversigh of key facilities
- Develop and implement operational procedures, processes and develop check and balance to ensure optimal operational delivery.
- Remote customer support
- Lead key initiatives including specific initaitives related to opening of new revenue streams, facilities, as well as franchise program
Duties
- Maintain accurate records of operations, including attendance, bookings, and revenue reports.
- Assist in marketing efforts, including social media updates, email campaigns, and promotions.
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, goal-setting, and strategic planning.
