1. Guidance and Assistance:
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing residential, commercial, and rental properties at the right price under the best terms.
2. Inventory Management:
- List inventory daily on various platforms such as property portals, social media, and WhatsApp/Telegram groups.
3. Client Interaction:
- Respond to client inquiries via telephone calls, emails, chat messenger, and comment sections.
4. Lead Generation:
- Generate leads through diverse platforms, including social media and personal references.
5. Documentation:
- Prepare all necessary documentation required to execute the transfer of property.
6. Inventory Updates:
- Update the office inventory daily.
7. Professional Relationships:
- Develop professional working relationships with other property agents, brokers, and co-brokers.
8. Customer Interaction:
- Entertain customers visiting the office.
9. Online Presence:
- Update the website and other social media platforms daily.
10. Client Follow-ups:
- Regularly follow up with ongoing clients through calls, messages, or any other suitable means.
11. Meetings and Site Visits:
- Schedule meetings and site visits with clients.
12. Property Presentation:
- Make professional presentations and capture photos and video shoots of the property.
13. CRM Management:
- Manage Customer Relationship Management software – CRM.
14. Assigned Tasks:
- Undertake any other tasks assigned by Management.
