We are looking for a talented Architectural Designer / CAD Specialist to join our innovative team and contribute to the development of our sustainable home designs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
Strong 2D and 3D modeling skills
Knowledge of or willingness to learn US-based building codes
Experience with or interest in sustainable and earth-sheltered design
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Creative problem-solving skills

Technical Requirements:

Stable and reliable high-speed internet connection
Capability to participate in video conferences via Zoom
Availability during the hours of 8 PM to 2 AM CST (6 AM to 12 noon Pakistan Standard Time)

Responsibilities:

Create detailed construction blueprints based on our conceptual designs
Develop 2D and 3D renders of our home models
Collaborate with our team to refine and improve designs
Ensure designs comply with US building codes and regulations
Participate in regular online meetings to discuss project progress
