- Proven experience in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong sales, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, social media, and cold calling.
- Present, promote, and sell properties to prospective buyers.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Keep updated records of property transactions.
- Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and developments.
- Attend industry events and seminars to expand network and knowledge.
- Achieve sales targets and goals set by the company
